Caliph’s Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in Caliph’s non-alcoholic perfumes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning Caliph’s products.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 3 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact Caliph’s customer service team by email at Return@caliphs.in . We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, or exchange the product for another item of equal value, if requested.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned.
- Any items damaged due to misuse or neglect cannot be returned.
- Items not purchased directly from Caliph’s or an authorized Caliph’s retailer cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact customer service to initiate a return and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
- We try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by email at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been shipped.
